Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailCitra Pale Ale

Large doses of Citra hops give this American Pale a prominent citrus character up front. Earthy and tropical fruit notes reveal themselves in the middle, while toasted malt rounds out the finish nicely. In addition to multiple late-boil hop additions the pale ale is dry-hopped with whole leaf Citra. The result is a beer that packs IPA flavor without overwhelming the delicate floral notes of the Citra hop.
