This is our version of the beer your Grandfather drank. Prior to consolidation, American Pilsners were a thing of beauty, the brewers showcase of his talents. Sharing much of its character with its European cousin, the true point of difference of this style is the addition of corn, which lends a slight sweetness, yet not enough to overpower the crisp, herbal hop note. This is an extremely refreshing beer; light in color, crisp in body, and low in alcohol, with just the right balance of malt and hops.
