A classic Northwest hoppy IPA done Amnesia style. Chinook hops bitter this beer (but not overly like many an IPA) while copious amounts of Amarillo hops take on the aroma both in the kettle as a finishing hop and in the fermenter as a dry hop. Hugh notes of grapefruit and orange zest with a back bone of malt to carry out the finish.
