Sit back and stare up at the stars Conscious Sedaison is a traditional belgian style, farmhouse saison. After a lengthy fermentation process, we package this beer in the bottle, fasten it with a cork and cage and let it naturally condition. The belgian yeast creates spicy, peppery notes with a hint of tartness, culminating into a pleasantly dry finish. This saison is a labor of love for us here at the GSB. Not only is this our first bottle release but it has become one of our favorite styles brewed to date. We think you'll agree that after a long day you'll want to sit back, stare up at the stars and drink a glass of this well crafted beer that we call Conscious Sedaison.
