Contrary to what their names imply, ESBs are not bitter in taste. "Bitter" is a British term for pale ale. Inspired by the famous Fuller's ESB from England, our ESB is fermented with very similar yeast. It has a dark amber color and malty flavors. You’re sitting in a brewery in “the dry capital of the world”. Enough said.
