Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove and vanilla abound in the aroma and flavor of this brew, surely bringing out your best holiday spirit. Peter has a strong malt background with a slight brown sugar sweetness from Belgian crystal malt. He is lightly hopped to create a complex balance between malt, hops and the loads of spices added during fermentation.
