Dara’s Pale Ale is an easy drinking pale ale, pleasantly hopped with a balance of sweet citrus aroma. The name Dara derives from my late mother, Brenda Dara. Much like Dara’s Pale Ale, my mother was a pale skinned, red headed, Irish lady who was a lot stronger than she looked. At 5.5%, Dara’s will quickly go get a switch from a hickory tree and wear your ass out. Non hop-heads can consider Dara’s to be a “Gateway to IPA”.
