This Dark Ale is brewed using 6 malts including darker malts like Dark Chocolate Malt, Dark Carmel, Roasted Barley and a touch of Cherry-wood Smoked Malt. It is very well balanced; the hops and a light smokiness come through in the finish. This recipe was developed by the fine team at New Abanian Brewing Co. in New Albany, IN and has historical roots in Indiana brewing.
