A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.... well not so long ago and in the next room our brewmaster overcame the forces of evil (a broken mash tun) to create this beer. A tremendous amount of dark malts come together to create a tempting aroma of chocolate, coffee and roast. These aromas carry through into the flavor and are balanced by an intense malty sweetness. The maltiness dissipates quickly into a dry finish. Don’t be afraid of the dark side as Luke once was.
