Named for using about triple the amount of a grain that is used for a regular Belgian Trappist ale, ours has a slightly fruity sweetness with a yellow to gold color and a thick, creamy head. Smooth, clean and unassumingly strong, this is a true to form example of the style that gets its distinctive flavor from candi sugar and Belgian strong ale yeast.
