Deliria is a pale blonde ale, brewed with pils malt, ground maize, oats and basmati rice. Hopped with Saaz, Styrian Golding and Spalter Select and dry hopped with Saaz, some coriander and a carefully selected yeast. It is also refermented in the bottle. It is perfectly balanced, with a fruity and flowery background and initial impressions of Chardonnay evolving towards a zesty but mild aroma of hops.
