Zesty, floral, refreshing. This tart wheat beer is fermented with lactobacillus and brewed with Meyer lemon zest, elderflowers, and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. We wrote the recipe to mimic the floral, citrus, and grape character of brut champagne.
