Discombobulator is a German Maibock lager brewed for the month of ”Mai” . Bocks are strong beers and traditionally have names ending in “-ator”. Our Discombobulator Maibock is a “helles” or light-colored bock. Always a crowd-pleaser in the brewpub but you have to be here in May to experience the phenomenon that is Discombobulator!
