Kettle Soured IPA barrel aged with Brett. Flavor is really nice pithy ruby red grapefruit with stone fruit undertones. Apricot. Aroma is big tropical, pineapple with grapefruit backend. Not overly acidic from a pH standpoint but very tasty summer offering. Brett is mainly driver of aromatics with compliments from the mosaic.
