Neither Pale Ale nor American wheat, Doppelganger emulates our favorite characteristics of both styles. Dry and slightly bitter with a distinct hoppy nose. A light body gives way to a refreshing wheat finish. We recirculated the bright, cold beer through dry hops before kegging, which imparted a much earthier, floral hop character.
