Like many before it, this week's NoDable is inspired by the current weather. "Draft Monk' is a Belgian Pale Ale brewed with Belgian Abbey yeast and caramel malt. The Belgian yeast gives this beer banana, pear, and apple notes, while the caramel malt gives it the golden color. Enjoy!
