Our session IPA is truly that - a beer brewed with the express intent of enjoying several pints of Driftwood in a sitting and still feeling ready to attack a night out. We use as much late addition hops as in our normal IPA to maintain IPA levels of aroma and flavor while toning down the bitterness to allow for a balanced and drinkable beer. Hopped with Mosaic and Citra, Driftwood expresses bright notes of citrus, passion fruit, mango, and pineapple. This undoubted Wolf's Ridge employee favorite is sure to be one of yours, too.
