This Belgian Blonde utilizes Belgian Yeast from a Trappist Monastery. It boasts sweet malt overtones, a brilliant color of pale straw yellow and a thick, rocky white head. We used less bittering hops for a delicate finish. Aroma comes from the Belgian yeast featuring notes of banana fruitiness.
