E.S.B. or Extra Special Bitter, is really a misnomer because bitters are not really bitter at all. Extra Special Bitters have a little more hops than the regular `bitter' style of beer. The color is deep amber and the hops are balanced by the malt to create a smooth and wonderful brew.
