Upstream's oak aged version is last year's vintage that has been aged and matured in Templeton Rye Whiskey Barrels for a little over 6 months until it was bottled. The American white oak barrels add a dry, smooth character to the beer creating an incredibly complex depth of character to the Ebenezer.
