Ninkasi's Single Hop Series is a project to experience the unique characteristics of select hops and the flavors and nuances they impart. By using a standard malt selection, we have designed an elegant framework to showcase different hops. Each beer in the series is named for the hop in use and lends itself to a deeper understanding of the featured varietal.
