For thousands of years, brewers used botanical blends called gruits to make ale. Brewers procured these gruit blends from a gruitmaster and brewed ales as varied as the botanical kingdom itself.
We've been making these blends, brewing with them, and serving up the results in our tasting room. Her for the first time we present a bottled version of one of the favorites. Eldergold, made with a gruit of Elderflower and Marigold petals.
