Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailEndless Skyway Bitter (ESB)

Endless Skyway Bitter (ESB) is inspired by a traditional English bitter, but we used a blend of hops from the Pacific Northwest to give this beer a subtle grapefruit note and distinctly American character. Like the finest English examples, it is well-balanced with a nutty maltiness and only a slightly bitter finish. “Endless Skyway” is a nod to Oklahoma’s favorite son, Woody Guthrie. The proper toast when sharing this beer is, “May there always be endless skyways above you and golden valleys below you.”
