This Double IPA uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a mellow malt foundation. Four different Hop Varieties are used in this beer. It spends one week dry hopping in the fermenter giving it a floral, slightly piney, grapefruit and citrus aroma. Unlike most Double IPAs, this beer shy’s away from a malty body and starts out with a clean bitterness that finishes off smooth and leaves you wanting more.
