Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailExtra Pale Single Hop -- Perle

This American pale ale uses just Perle hops throughout the brewing process, from bittering to flavor to aroma. It is the first in a series of single-hop pale ales that will all use the same base recipe, but with different hops in each batch to showcase the flavors and bittering potential of a wide variety of hops.
