An imperial IPA brewed with lightly kilned malts and a little dextrose sugar helps us crank the ABV, while letting the hop flavors stand out. The hop bill is different every time we brew it, which allows us to experiment with new varieties or traditional varities with new methods. We'll add hops at every point in the process we can starting with mashing, then first wort, multiple kettle additions, whirlpool steep and multiple fermenter additions.
