The filling follows in returnable bottles and barrels, a second fermentation at warm temperatures, a cooling phase of several days and an at least two-week dwell phase. Afterwards this Allgaeuer beer speciality with fine obergaeriger yeastis a particularly mild and pleasant taste experience.
