A surprisingly smooth and easy to drink Imperial Stout with a wonderful raspberry flavor followed by a hint of chocolate. Aged on organic cocoa nibs, this beer is mildly carbonated with a creamy thick head. Try pouring it over homemade vanilla ice cream! The Scoop: This beer was the brain child of our dear friend, Charley. We were hanging out in the garage (yes, it’s a common theme), bouncing around ideas for new beers when the light bulb went off in Charley’s head. She jumped out of her chair making a grand proclamation that a raspberry chocolate stout would be phenomenal. We went with her idea because she has great taste. Turns out…she was right! This brew rocks, tasting like a dark chocolate raspberry truffle in a glass! Thanks Charley!
