Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailFauxlanders Red

Chicago Brewing Company's Fauxlanders is a beer inspired by Belgium's Flanders Red. This is definitely not a Flanders Red, (hence the "Faux"), but rather a Belgian Style Fruit beer. It is an intentionally soured beer that we used authentic Belgian ingredients and then added cherries and raspberries. What you have is a tart beer that showcases it's dark malt ingredients and yeast produced characters balanced with a nice backing of dark fruit. Minimally hopped, to show case the fruit and tartness of the beer.
