Fields Forever, our red sour beer aged in oak barrels with strawberries, is fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. We added 42 pounds of strawberry to each oak barrel during the fermentation. Subtle flavors and aromas of strawberry pair well with the assertive acidity of this beer.
Fields Forever is our third Founder's Club release. Two bottles of Fields Forever are included with each Founder's Club membership. We have a few extra bottles of Fields Forever, which will be available for Founder's Club members to purchase here, with a limit of 1 per/person/day, while supplies last, starting July 10th. Additional bottles are priced at $30/750mL bottle.
