A seasonal special, this amber ale made with pure St. Croix Valley maple syrup is brewed in a classic American style dating back to the 1800’s. This year's Maple Ale employs an American Ale yeast fermented at cold temperatures, then cold conditioned which produces a beer with smooth characteristics of a lager and the fruity flavors of an ale. St. Croix Maple Ale is made with four barley malts, balanced with generous portions of German Tettnang and Saaz hops. Truly an American Original.
