Hops lead this Berliner Weisse variant. A nose of lemon, grapefruit, and citrus is accompanied by bursting hop flavor and a malty backbone. A Tart Pale Ale, which we call The Berliner Pale Ale, to be hopped like a citrusy American Pale Ale with an all barley grain bill, yet brewed with a crisp tartness like a Berliner Weisse. Big fruit and apricot hop flavors lead the charge.
