Based on the recipe for the first Golden Ale brewed in Australia, and named after the site where gold was first mined in Australia, our Fish River Golden Ale is an inviting golden-copper colour and initially offers a light sweetness from caramelised malt. A small proportion of roast malt and a hefty late addition of hops gives a mild dryness to the finish that begs another sip.
