Inspired by traditional Belgian brewing practices, Fond de la Mer is an homage to our brewing forebears, the Trappist Monks, who in medieval times were the harbingers of brewing knowledge. A simple pale malt backbone presents a banquet worthy of the blessed for our Belgian yeast strain to devour, resulting in a delightfully spicy, fruity, and snappy Belgian-style ale. French for "Bottom of the Sea," Fond de la Mer is a golden treasure that is sure to please the Gods above as well as the denizens of the deep.
