Believe it or not this is a session beer in Belgium. Each little town usually has their own version available unfiltered on tap in the local cafes. Our version uses Belgian Pilsner and specialty malts and is hopped with Styrian Goldings. This pale and refreshing beer has notes of pear and apricot, with some spicy pepper notes coming from the Belgian yeast strain.
