Four Pillars DIPA is a hop lovers dream without the harsh bitterness generally associated with the style. We first wort hopped it with Galena for a smooth bittering addition and then Hop-Bursted it with stupid amounts of Columbus, Pacific Jade and Apollo hops for a fantastic flavor and aroma profile. To get even more hop aroma we double-dry hopped 4 Pillars with Columbus and Apollo.
Tasting notes: Stone fruit with a hint of orange and pine supported with a distinctive malt backbone.
