Our medium-bodied “EPA” English Pale Ale is an easy to drink amber colored ale that begins with an earthy, nutty aroma that leads into a soft caramel sweetness and finishes crisp and clean. Traditional British Pale Ales are amber-hued with a mild hop character and a pleasant nuttiness provided by the British Ale yeast used to brew it. CB’s EPA English Pale Ale is no different. We use the finest British malts and hops to produce a beer that’s as true to style as anything from across the pond. We kept the alcohol moderate at about 4.75% by volume so this fine ale could be enjoyed responsibly. This great traditional ale is amazing on its own and even more amazing when paired with food.
