Daura is the result of a long process of research and development conducted jointly by Damm's master brewers and the Gluten Unit at Spain's Scientific Research Council (CSIC) using the most advanced technology. Golden with amber tones and a hint of green. It is clear and sparkling. The off-white head is long-lasting. The bubbles rise quickly in a fine abundant stream. It has an enveloping bouquet of fresh spices. The notes of roasted malt round off its personality. Its full carbonation makes it smooth in the mouth and fills the palate with notes of roasted cereals. Its sharp acid flavour makes it taste exceedingly fresh. The final bitterness in the mouth gives it a long aftertaste.
