Gnomegeddon begins it’s journey as Gnommegang. After fermentation, the beer is dosed with the wild yeast Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and allowed to slowly bottle condition over several months.
Pours a light orange color with a firm white head and slight haziness. Aromas of tropical fruit, sweet cherry, and a hint of cinnamon lead followed by mild hints of barnyard funk. Flavors of ripe fruit, sweet malt, and light caramel lead, giving way to a moderately dry finish with a slight lingering sweetness. Medium bodied and incredibly smooth and drinkable despite the relatively high ABV.
