This American Pale Ale has been created as a vessel for fresh hops. It is lighter in body and colour, but carries a huge hop aroma of passionfruit and citrus from fresh Ellerslie Cluster hop cones. Brewed for a hop harvest festival at Paddy's Brewery, this beer has proven to be so popular it is staying on.
