This Gose (Goes-uh) was sour mashed to capture wild and natural lactic acid from the grain, which gives a citrusy/coriander finish. Traditional Gose's, with salt and coriander, are the only beer under the German beer purity law (Reinheitsgebot) that is allowed to have anything besides water, malt, yeast, and hops.
