Our take on the classic German beer style, Gose (not Gueuze). We used Magnolia Oolong Tea from Seventh Tea Bar in lieu of coriander in this light-bodied wheat beer. The resulting taste is of lemongrass, pear and lychee with a refreshing lemon-like tartness and a dash of salt in the lingering finish. Enjoy as is, or with a small amount of honey or fruit syrup. 4.8% abv
