Just in time to celebrate France's "Fête Nationale," Bastille Day commemorates the freeing of political prisoners and sparked the French Revolution in 1789. Guillotine is a complex sour ale with strong alcohol, tannic and tart sensations that roll across the palette. A high carbonation level yields a dry champagne-like effervescence, and it's the perfect ale to slice through a rich, creamy cheesecake!
