Our H&D Fire Captain Irish Red Ale is an tribute to the work our local firefighters do and to the tradition of Irish red ales. Leaning heavily toward the sweet biscuity flavors of malt, this red is true to H&D balance. Hope bitterness is smooth, noble in character, but not overpowering. Body is full and fulfilling. For each pint sold in our taproom we donate $1 to the Firefighter Community Compassion Fund. The FCCF provides each engine in PFA with a petty cash card to provide immediate assistance to families responders realize are in need.
