A whole hearted attempt at giving you half of what you expect Against the Grain's answer to light beers. This session style IPA is all about the hops, but not about the bitterness. We started with the malt base of pale ale, Vienna and wheat, then American hops were employed only late in the boil and post fermentation. The result is a pleasant hop aroma and flavor without the drying bitterness and alcohol.
