Hi-Wire and Asheville Brewing teamed up to brew a beer to ring in the New Year. “Happy New Beer” is a Honey Red Ale made with Riverbend malt, over 50 lbs. of orange blossom honey and a unique malt from Canada that tastes like, you guessed it, honey. With an ABV of 7.6%, Happy New Beer is a malty and aromatic brew hopped with French Aramis hops which impart floral notes that meld deliciously with all the tasty malt and honey.
