This lightly hopped, dry beer is homage to our Royal Ginger Fizz—for grown-ups only. We used a controlled amount of fresh ginger pulp in the brew and in the second fermentation to give a hint of earthiness and spice on the nose and in the finish. This is what happens when ginger and beer meet, but it’s not a ginger beer.
