An ecological friendly beer utilizing grain and hops locally sourced. All of the grain used in this beer was grown from small farmers in North Carolina and malted at Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, NC. The hops used in dry hopping this beer were grown by sustainable farm Echoview Farms located in Weaverville, NC. Barley, wheat and rye are all used to create a hoppy dry rye beer.
