This is a sweet stout. Full bodied, sweet stout with a tart front and dark fruits throughout. You can't miss the plum and date notes and just dark roasted malt goodness. Coffee and dark roasted malts come through right at the beginning in the nose especially followed by a bunch of nice dark fruits the residual sugars in this beer just carry out.
This isn't for the Guinness fans ...no dryness is here.
