Our hefeweizen contains 50% wheat, and is rounded out with Munich and Northwestern pale malt. Its hops are German--Perle in the boil and Hersbrucker in the finish, offering a nod in the direction of Germany's classic wheat ales. The hefeweizen in unfiltered, and contains both yeast and the characteristic haze of wheat beers. Original gravity 14 Plato (1.056); finishing gravity 4 Plato (1.016).
